Lasagna

Siapa kata masak Lasagna susah, angkat tangan!

Inti Daging
Tomato puree 1 tin
Cendawan butang (optional)
400 gram Daging cincang .
1 biji Bawang besar dan bawang putih 3 ulas (dicincang halus)
2 Paket Keju Mozzarella (shredded)
Garam & serbuk black pepper secukup rasa

Masukkan 4 sudu besar minyak masak..
Tumis bawang2 yg di cincang tadi sampai naik bau.
Masukkan pula daging cincang diikuti dengan Tomato puree (semua sekali)
Bila daging dah hampir masak masukkan pula cendawan butang.
Masukkan garam dan serbuk black pepper secukup rasa.

Kuah Bechemel (Sos Putih)
4 sudu besar butter
4 keping keju Cheddar
500 ml susu full krim/ fresh milk
4 sudu besar tepung gandum

(Guna api kecil)
Cairkan butter.
Masukkan tepung gandum dan gaul sebati.
Masukkan susu kemudian masukkan keju Cheddar.
Kacau sampai semua bahan tu sebati.
Masukkan garam secukup rasa.
Kacau sampai pekat sikit

Cara melapis Lasagna (3 Layer)
(Aku syorkan guna bekas kaca segi empat dan bekas yang area tak besar sangat.)
Susun kepingan lasagna sampai menutup semua bahagian loyang.
Taburkan dgn inti daging.
Tuangkan sos putih sampai menutupi inti daging tu.
Taburkan cheese mozzarella
Ulang balik cara yg sama.
Layer last sekali mesti sos putih dan cheese yg di tabur.
Masukkan dlm oven dgn suhu 180 celsius, 30-40 minit, guna api atas bwh.
Bakar sampai keju tu agak2 perang atau masak semuanya.

If tak sure lagi macam mana nak layer Lasagna, boleh la tengok kat sini.

Aku tak ambil gambar pun. sebab lasagna aku tak lawa. Aku terbubuh banyak sangat kuah putih kat layer atas sekali. Hasilnya bila potong lasagna tu, kuah putih tu jatuh melimpah-ruah. Kira lasagna aku buat tak solid sangat la. Yang kelakarnya, sebab aku biar lasagna tu semalaman atas counter top dapur, lasagna tu jadi keras. Sebab winter kot. Bila aku buat lasagna lawa sikit, nanti aku upload gambar kat sini.

Thanks Iqa for the Recipe!

Ayam Black Pepper

Lol, I used to thing that every dishes with black pepper is a rich person's dishes. Ala mangkuknya time tu.

Sume resepi sangat senang and cepat. So kalau nampak buku ni tengah sale beli cepat2.

Ayam Black Pepper (2 orang makan)

Bahan2 :
3 Ketul Ayam
Stok ayam (optional)
Bawang Besar, Bawang Putih, Cili Besar (hiris kecil)
# 1 sudu besar Tepung Gandum/Jagung
# 1 sudu besar Sos Tiram
# 1 sudu teh kicap pekat
# serbuk lada Hitam (ikut suka berapa banyak)
# 1 mangkuk Air suam
# Garam secukup rasa

Cara2
Ketepikan
3)  Tumis Bawang Besar, Bawang Putih, Cili Besar sampai naik bau.
4)  Agak2 bahan tumis dah lembut sikit, masukkan ayam yang dah kukus tadi dan goreng sampai ayam tu perang sikit. Then bubuh air ayam tadi.
6) Kacau kuah tu sekali sekala supaya tepung tu tak accumulate kat bawah periuk.
7) Perasakan dengan garam if rasa dia tak ummph lagi
8) Hidang!

Selamat memasak!!!

Top Attractions in Prague

Here I'm going to list to attraction in Prague according to... well, me! There are a few other places but these places is a must visit to everyone travelling in Prague.

Old Town Square
This place is everything Prague have to offer. Astronomical Clock, a few famous churches, Powder Tower and Municipal House are just in walking distance from Old Town Square. If you go to Prague during Christmas like me, this is the site for their Christmas Market. Well since I'm a Muslim, there isn't a lot of choice for me to eat but hey, at least there is something. Try Trdlo/Trdelnik, a roll bread covered with sugar and cinnamon. I'm not really a fan of cinnamon but Trdlo is something. I ate at least 5 Trdlo (lost count. hahaha) during my visit.

Astronomical Clock
Horoscope figures aside, this is just a normal huge clock. But the design is what makes it so special. It rings its bell every hours and tonnes of tourists gather in front of it just to observe and take some picture/video of the Rings. That's not it. Its tower is the one you should climb. You can observe a bird-eye view of Old Town and takes a wonderful photos of other attraction.

Tyn and St. Nicholas Churches
My personal favourite is Tyn Churches. It massive Gothic design is overwhelming! All of this photo were taken from viewing deck above astronomical clock.

Charles Bridge
This is is a home to street performers and art. There are a lot of artist selling their artwork and offer to draw a cartoon version of you for a price. Walking along the bridge is pretty hectic in afternoon and evening. So I suggest you take a walk in the morning.

Dancing Building
This place is a must-go for architecture's students. It weird curvy design is the main point of this place. What to do here? Nothing. I stood there for like a good 3 minutes to take some pictures and go.

Wencesles Square
This is the modern part of Prague. I suggest you start exploring Wencesles Square from metro station Mustek. This way you could see a full great view of it. There are also a small halal Kebab stall near metro Station Museum.

Petrin
In Petrin stood an observatory tower that you should climb. Literally. I suggest you climb your way up to the top on stair and go down with the elevator. Be sure not to miss (you won't miss it) the first deck as at this deck is open air. The top deck give a you astonishing view of Prague but the downside is no windows are open. You could feel the tower shakes when a strong wind passes.

Swans' Feeding
This place is my absolute favourite of Prague. It is located next to Frank Kavka Museum. You can see it from any Charles Bridge. My advice bring plenty of bread for the swans and the ducks. But be careful, don't let them bite you.

Municipal Concert House
The only reason I visited this place is because I'm a fan of japanese Dramas. This place is the filming location for the movie Nodame Cantabile : The Final Score 2 where Nodame made her Piano debut playing Concerto with Franz Stresemann.

Prague Castle
This place is the combination of multiple Castle, a magnificent St. Vitus Church and the amazing Golden Lane where every building in this lane is made in small sizes

Marlenka
Ok this is not a place but a mouthwatering peanut honey layer cake (drooling~). Everyone planning to visit Prague must include Marlenka in their To-Eat list. I never regret the first bite I take of it which make me crave for it to this very day! From what I know, this cake can be bought in supermarket but I never found one. So the easiest way to buy Marlenka is the supermarket inside Prague Main Railway Station

Prague Travelling Tips :
1) Prague is a walking city. Almost every attraction is at walking distance. So wear a proper shoes for walking as the road are rocky (lol I don't really know how to describe the road)
2) If you don't fancy walking, buy Prague Day Pass/3-Days Pass. It is cheaper than a single ticket and you can travel with Trams, Buses, Metro Subways and even Funicular Train to Petrin with it.
3) Travelling in Group might take much more time but honestly, I spent only one day to visit all these place describe above. Might be possible for a group of two too.
4) Buying Prague Card give you access to enter every top places for free. Choose which pack suit you most.

I hope you enjoy your upcoming Trip to Prague.
If only I can ask you to buy me Marlenka and Trdlo...

Rant : Habit Exchange

Aku tak rasa aku dah duduk kat Jerman ni cukup lama untuk terikut habit diorg. Tapi aku dah duduk kat Jerman cukup lama kalau dikira bila aku nak balik Malaysia.

Shopping Bag

Kat Jerman ni plastic bag dekat pasaraya 100% kena beli sendiri. Pembaziran sangat tu.

Pernah kawan aku si A marah aku sebab aku marah kawan aku si B sebab lambat. Ayat "Ko dah telan masa aku" serius buat dia melenting. Si B kantoi baru bangun tidur bila aku call tanya dia dah sampai mana. Kalau aku free tak buat apa2 sepanjang hari aku tak kisah sangat.

Passive lepas pukul 8 Malam/Hari Ahad
Kedai kat sini kecuali Restaurant dan dekat Hauptbahnhof tutup sepenuhnya selepas pukul 8 malam dan hari Ahad. Dead. So, balik Malaysia hari tu aku memang tak keluar sangat lepas pukul 8 malam atau hari ahad. Jawapan mak aku pun win "Sini bukan Jerman kedai nak tutup awal"Kalau orang ajak keluar hari ahad pun aku macam tak ada mood sangat. Dah terbiasa.

Ada banyak lagi sebenarnya tapi tak larat aku nak tulis. Lagi2 tengah minggu exam ni, aku ber-blogging hanya bila waktu aku rehat study. Enjoy!

Futher Reading: Seminggu di Jerman

Glossari
Hallo = Hello
Gruß Gott = Selamat Sejahtera
Tschuss = Bye
Schönen Tag noch = Have a nice day

Rant : Kyary's Nanda Collection Tour

Alert! Fangirl-ling all the way!

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is my new addiction. The best one yet. In fact, I keep myself completely updated with her new song. new concert. The fact that her songs have no meaning is what makes me like it so much. For example the song Tsukema Tsukeru literally a songs about a fake eyelashes. Oh. her cute Harajuku clothes too. Now I know that she is going to perform in Köln (here), I can completely ignore it. Part of myself really want to go as I'm curious of how a concert is. The other part of myself don't want to go as I might end up going alone. Really need to find someone with the same interest as me. hehehehe.

Here 3 days concert in Yokohama Arena was amazing. The stage's set and the dancers were extraordinary! Not to forget, how she perform each act for the song is also wonderful. Really wished I could go to Japan and enjoy her Magical Castle's concert.

And thanks a lot to http://kyarychan.tumblr.com/ for providing us non-japanese Pamyuers a complete update and translation of everything related to Kyary. Thanks a lot!

Really looking forward to Kyary's concert in Köln.

Unfamiliar Family

WARNING. a very negative post. Just me complaining.

I have stronger bond with the maternal side of my family. I can named everyone of them, what they do for living, their new family members (In-law, newborn) and which school/university they in right now. They are the one that help me a lot, encourage and also motivate me. Each of them have their very own problem and success, and they handle it quite good. My mama once told me that our neighbour (which also a friend with my uncle) said that my Opah (grandmother) have a very successful children. With them I can cry, laugh and hell I care a lot about them.

But thats not the case with my paternal side of family. I'm at my total opposite. I only knew their face. I've totally forget the order of my fathers sibling. When I see one of them, my mind just think "that is just my relatives." I just don't really care about them. To be honest, I'm quite furious about them, about what they did to my mama. I hear things and I couldn't stand it. From the point, they may see a perfect happy family. I can only see threat from them.

They always critised the action of our family specifically my mama. I grew up seeing a lot of thing and everytime my mama share some stories with me, I couldn't help myself from crying silently. Now I'm here in Germany and all I can say to my mother is "Just ignores those kind of people. Just do what you think the best." Recently my mom offer to treat a relatives (I called her Wan Putih) that babysat me and my siblings when we were little with an Umrah trip as token of gratitude. Wan Putih said that she really wants to go for an Umrah but most of her children are too busy to bring her, hence my mama invitation. And they said my mama is stingy when my mom said they can tag along if thwy want but they need to pay it themselves. Dude! My mom already payed for my family which is already 7 person plus my Opah and Wan Putih too. I was really angry when I heard the story. I really want to face them and say "Well if you guys have enough money to travel and shop in Vietnam and Beijing, then why the hesitation to spend money for Umrah??"

Growing up seeing all kind of ridiculous things my mama need to bear really make me a defensive person. Well... with a twisted mind too. I once a very hot-blooded person. Since now I have throw away those unhealthy habit, I didn't know where to channel my anger. I ended up bearing all my anger inside myself. I ended up being a secretive person. Writing all this down really lighten up the burden a bit. I literally crying when I write this plus makes my homesickness reached a new level. I even call home at 3 am and cry throughout the phone call.

So whoever read this, I'm so sorry about my bad post. I am right now in the middle of sleep-deprived stage due to exam depression and at my highest level of homesickness. Making thing worst, I'm tired throughout the day with uncontroll eating habit.
Sorry!

Travel Germany

I find a need to write a post about travelling in Germany since a lot of my friend have been asking about it. I guess this would ease my task of telling them everything for multiple times. I could just hand this link from my blog and ask them to read it. After that, the can ask me any question they want. Ahakz

I will be writing about main topic in budget travelling which is Transport, Accomodation, Food, Sightseeing and Souvenir.

To make everything easier I'll put a special Tab just for this particular topic.

Adios

Or should I make a video?

Rant : 2014 To-do-list

2014.
Every year I do the whole New-Year-Resolution crap thingy. And every year I carry old resolution without any improvement. Shame on me. So this year I've decided to set things right. Improving myself.

1. Print and Paste my goal on the wall
I do this so that, everytime I wake up, I would see my goal for the first thing I open my eyes. By doing this, I have a daily reminder where I can reset my attitude every morning and I can recall what I have done to fulfill my goal

2. Save more money
I never thought I will be this kinda shopaholic. I have decided to divide my Money equally. 50% of my allowance are for my Responsibility (rent, bills), 30% for my saving account which I will deduct every first day of a month and 20% for misc. things such as groceries. I also started a €5-Saving. €5-Saving is that everytime I have €5-Note, I will never spent the money and put my €5 in a jar. So far, It has worked out pretty well.

3. Spent money on knowledge and experiences.
I once read that when people spend money by buying things, they ended up being greedy and the happiness is temporary. So, I've decided that every extra money I have, I would like to use it for travelling or new knowledge sich as Piano or Kendo. Looking forwards to those things!

So here is just some of my plan for 2014. You should start 5-Saving too! Wish me luck!

Sayur Kobis Goreng ala Mamak

Dan last time aku masak kari ayam.

6. Makan (or ambil gambar masuk social media dengan segala hashtag yang layak)

Last time aku masak lauk ni, tetamu yang menyinggah rumah aku siap tambah 4x (lelaki makan banyak) dan siap minta resepi. Malah diorang request aku masak lagi lauk ni untuk dinner esok harinya. Dan memandangkan tangan aku hari tu penuh nak masak benda lain, aku suruh diorang masak sambil aku tengok. Kira aku ajar la. Ayat mamat sorang ni memang buat aku happy sebab aku selalunya tak confident dengan masakan aku.
"Pastikan masak biar sama macam semalam"

Rant : Early Marriage

First and foremost, I would like to congratulate 2 of my friends for their upcoming marriage and solemnization on February and March 2014. May both of you and your partners lived together till Jannah and may your families prosper with plenty of offsprings. *^O^*

Now I have four friends whose already married with their significant other. I can't wait for their babies to be born later. Everytime I posted some photos of my friends' weddings, people throw me each time the same question : When is your turn?. And I give my only answer : When Allah permits.

My family doesn't really embrace this whole early marriage thing. My mom get married at her late 20s. So do my aunts. My cousins get married in their middle 20s. I don't see myself breaking that tradition either. But who knows. Our fate lie at Allah. Allah hold the greatest and the best Plan for each of us.

I might surprised my mother if I start to talk about my own marriage. I remembered how she constantly talked about don't get married during study when I told her that I went to a friend's wedding. Although my youngest brother sometimes mention about when will his sisters get marry because he want to play with baby. (No more sibling for him). But she sometimes mention about how will she plan "someone" wedding.

"If someone get marry, I want to do the ceremony at the community hall down the street"

I guess that "someone" could either be me or my younger sister who now studying in Jordan. I doesn't reject the idea of my younger sister to get marry first instead of me because it is not impossible. The early marriage rate among malaysian student in Egypt and Jordon is quite high. Safety and Cultural aspect in both place can be the influential factors.

Marital talk is like drugs to us women. It can be both exciting and depressing. The excitement come from imagining what is our dream wedding. We become depress as we realized that the dream wedding will not turn into reality any sooner. According to Islam, a moderate a wedding is better. But this are the things that people nowdays take for granted. When it comes to wedding, we want a moderate ceremony, but we ourselves use iPhone and Prada Handbag. As for my opinion, we should live our life moderately, spending money on what we need not on what we want. For example, one already have a well-functioned smartphone suitable for work task. Instead he/she changed for a new one for an upgrade. That is my friend is what I called Wasting Money.

Marriage is not only a platform to avoid Zina. It is not about sex. Marriage is more than that. It is about maturity, responsible and other heavy thing that we often forget. It is a beautiful ceremony that celebrates love. Thats why I sometimes laugh when the newly-weds mention avoiding Zina as a reason for their early marriage. It makes me wonder : Does all youngsters nowdays only think about sex?

I hope that young people nowdays including me reset their opinion about early marriage and think deeply about it.

Rant : Memoirs

Au Revoir 2013, Wilkommen 2014
Alhamdulillah, Allah have given me an opportunity to live until today. As another year past, a lot of memories stay strongly in our heart.

Alhamdulillah again, as I had the chance to meet 2 of my primary school's friends. I met Hanis Hafizah in München and Farah Lina which spent 2 nights with her friends in Nürnberg.

We talked and recalled all those memories from primary school (SKS7 Kota Damansara). It made us realized how mischievous and naughty we were back then. I'm not really proud of what we did but that was just a stupid things we did as we try to cope in a new world.

1. We teased other girls that is not among our clique for various reason. (because of boys, clothes, games)

2. We once locked up a weak thin boy after school for one hour.

3. We fought with boys and girls for stupid reasons

4. We played pranks, distribute weird letter etc

I hope we can meet again!
