Ayah of the Week #22

Scampi e Spinaci Vapiano

Kat Germany ni, lagi2 bandar tak famous macam Nürnberg ni, nak cari restaurant halal memang tak banyak.

Bahan2
Pasta (Ini tersangat obvious! Pilih la apa jenis pasta yang anda suka)
Bawang Besar, dan bawang putih (dipotong dadu)
Udang
Bayam

7. Hidang dengan keju jika suka!

Kenapa aku share resepi ni? sebab resepi ni senang sangat. yang paling penting cepat. Tak masuk waktu korang potong2 bahan2 tu, paling lama nak masak Scampi e Spinaci ni ialah 10 minit. dan aku sendiri selalu masak pasta macam ni bila aku malas nak masak tapi nak makan dengan kenyangnya. Selamat menjamu selera!

p/s : ignore picture tak berbayam tu. ak tak jumpa Spinach/Bayam/Spinat lagi kat pasaraya sini.

When The Sun Shines... (Pictures)

We went for a picnic. All our Usrah clan!

Then, the GAPPians 10/12 gathered in Coburg and we did a BBQ/Grill together!

After that, no sign of Sunshines or Summer appear. :(

Munich Again?!

Yup. Munich. Some people did asked me , why I visited Munich multiple times. My first reason is, Munich is the second city that I like to spend my time other than my current city Nürnberg. My last reason is, Munich is kinda nostalgic to me. I lived in Munich when I first came to Germany in 2012. I know Munich. I love Munich!

So, this time, Afiqah, Diyana, Sakinah and I let our stress out during last Pfingsten's Holiday (I don't know what holiday this is in english). We have three main things in our To-Do list.

And the first was Allianz Arena. All of us are not football fan. But that doesn't stop us from admiring the stadium (It's just a normal stadium). While we search for the FC Bayern Megastore, we walked inside the stadium and took some pictures (a must for a girls' trip). But we didn't manage to seat inside the stadium or walk on the field as this require special tour and a non-football fan like me wouldn't want to spend my money for that. hahahahahaha

I was the only one who didn't bought anything in the store. They bought a lot of things as a present for thei siblings in Malaysia. What a good sisters! hehehe. After-meth of shopping is famine. So we headed for a sushi restaurant named Kyoto Sushi. What truly amazing about this place is, their All-You-Can-Eat menu isn't limited to only one hour but 2-3 hours. We arrived at 1.15 pm and we are allowed to eat until 3.00 pm! They have great selection of sushi and fried foods too

With full stomach, we then went to Karlplatz Stachus and window shopping until Marienplatz. The trip to Munich is not complete without Frogis. It isn't anything related to frog but a delicious and affordable frozen yogurt. As far as I know, it is only in Munich. Perhaps that was the reason why we chose to buy with the biggest cup!

So that's it!

p/s : I took a lot of video for each of my trip since I had an Keek's account. But its in my mother language (malay). Do visit it if you would like to watch them!

Rant : L.O.V.E

Doesn't this seem awkward, to talk about love out of nowhere. Well let me tell you the reason. But before I start blabbing and nagging everything about love, I want to take this opportunity to congratulate my friend upon his announcement of marriage. Go lead that girl to Jannah!

So around this week and last week, I had been receiving a lot of new about love, engagement or marriage. And somehow, people keep talking about it. Even someone unrelated to those topic randomly mention it to me. Making it worst, I even dreamt about it! Now I am quite depress. (Exaggerate!)

Early marriage has been quite a topic for this pass few years. And I don't see me anywhere in a position to embrace it. Why? I really have no real experience about love. My only memories about love is when I had a crush on a guy back on high school. I got to admit that I was pretty dumb and stupid back then. I did everything I could to please him with secret gifts and with just one sentence I ended up messing everything up. I confess and the guy walked away.

I was that one friend that people describe as "A Friend who good at giving love advice but never experienced it". I also puzzled about it. Why people seek my advise for love although they know that truth? I am novice about love. I am novice on pleasing boyfriend as I never had one. Perhaps, my lack of experiences is the reason for all this.

I was once a very good friend with a good guy I know at some camps. We only met once and continue contacting each other on facebook.  He is a very good man. We always shared on what happening in our life through facebook chat or social messaging. There was a point where I felt really bored just because I didn't text him that day. But one day, he text me something that made me panic and afraid. The word was "Where is my beloved precious girl?" or something like that. I had a vague memory on it. Guess what? I panic, quickly say bye and never text him again.

You may called me stupid to panic over some text message but that was not an easy topic for me. I rather did Gravimetry Analysis 10 times than facing that again. (Trust me, finishing even one Gravimetrical Analysis is stressful) I really don't know how to react to something like that. I don't know whether he is joking or really meant it. Either way, I really don't know what to do. And to this day I regretted my action as things has been quite awkward between us. Hm...

Ayam Sambal Kukus/Goreng

Dah tulis post berjela2, sekarang tulis post resepi plak.

Bahan2
3 ketul ayam
Kentang (Digoreng)
Bawang Besar (Potong ikut suka nak bentuk macam mana)
Bawang merah (dikisar)
Cili kering ikut desirable kepedasan (dikisar)
Perasa (Garam, Gula)

Cara2 Memasak
1. rendam cili kering yang digunting2 tu dalam air panas untuk melembutkan cili kering tu sekaligus membersihkan cili tu. Kita tak taw apa benda yang hinggap kat cili tu masa proses pengeringan.
2. Kentang tu potong panjang2 melintang macam separa bujur. Then goreng la sampai garing.
3. Sambil nak tunggu kentang tu, kisar la cili kering, bawang dengan blender bersama sedikit air. Then tumis bahan2 tu sampai garing.
6. Kukus sampai masak (Microwavable container : 8 minit, 700W)

Ayam tu boleh digoreng kalau korang tak nak kukus. Aku sangat malas nak tunggu ayam digoreng lama2 tambah banyak minyak lagi, so aku kukus je ayam tu dengan sambal. Tujuan aku kukus dengan sambal tu supaya nak bg rasa pedas tu menyeludup ke celah2 ayam tu. Aku memang camtu, memcari kepedasan di mana2.
tadaaa.... Enjoy!
