Tahun ni tak dapat balik raya. Sempat je sebenarnya, aku yang malas nak balik awal. Baju raya pun pakai je mana yang ada.
Raya pertama ni buat makan2 biasa2. Menu kitorang mee goreng kicap dan laksa. Disebabkan esok tu nak makan sedap kat rumah kak fasha, so raya pertama ni buat kecil2 sekadar cukup syarat je. Dan kitorang ada tetamu dari Konstanz dan Aalen.

Dalam aku bergembira mengucapkan Tahniah, datang la that one penyakit - Kenduri Kahwin Blues.
Yang mana aku mula mempersoalkan bila la aku turn aku nak sampai.
Then sebulan lepas tu, soalan tu terkubur balik.
Datang balik fasa tak amik kisah - fasa yang mana aku akan kata, malas la nak cari jodoh, nanti2 dah sampai jodoh kahwin la.
Nak tahu? Lepas google hari tu, baru aku tahu apa beza telur bistik dengan telur bungkus. Aku ingatkan telur bistik tu nama fancy untuk telur bungkus. Bukan rupanya. Buat malu je kalau aku post resepi telur bungkus tapi tajuk telur bistik. Hahaha.
Ok ni resepi campak2 aku. Resepi bidan terjun ni, sebab aku lupa nak defrost ayam hari tu. Pukul 5 petang baru perasan yang ayam tak keluar peti sejuk lagi. Berbekalkan apa yang ada kat rumah ni, maka terhasillah Telur Bungkus nan mudah dan basic. Resepi ni ada 3 steps penting - Goreng sayur, goreng telur - masak kuah.
Bahan2
1/2 Bawang besar - potong dadu
1 Ulas bawang putih - potong dadu
1 cili besar - dihiris
1/4 tin Sayur campur (aku guna sayur campur dalam tin)
2 Sosej - potong kecil2 (boleh juga nak guna daging kisar)
1 genggam salat mix
2 atau 3 biji telur (pukul)
2 sudu makan sos cili
2 sudu makan sos tomato
1 sudu makan sos tiram Parsley kering
optional (a shot of lemon juice dengan oregano) - untuk kasi extra sedap
Cara2
Mula2 tumis bawang2 dan cili dengan api medium. Bila dah naik bau, masukkan sosej.
Kemudian masukkan sayur campur dan gaul rata. Lepas tu masukkan salat mix.
Perasakan dengan lada putih/hitam dan garam. Ketepikan
Sekarang goreng telur yang dah dipukul tadi tu. Ratakan telur keliling kuali agar telur dadar tu nipis dan besar.
Bila telur separa masak, tuangkan sayur yang dah digoreng awal2 tadi atas telur. Agak2 berapa banyak nak bubuh sebab kalau banyak sangat nanti telur tu tak boleh bungkus.
Hidangkan telur lawa2 atas pinggan.
Dalam kuali tadi, Masukkan sos cili, sos tomato, sos tiram dan sedikit air. bila nak dekat mendidih bubuh sikit lemon jus dengan oregano.
Perasakan dengan garam dan gula bila perlu.
Tuang kuah atas telur bungkus dalam pinggan dan hiaskan dengan parsley sikit. Hidangkan
Ni resepi bosan makan ayam. Hahaha, selalu sangat dah makan.

Every time I encounter the same question - which sim card is suitable for tourist in Germany or Europe? There are a lot of cheap sim card option here in Germany. But my favourite is Lycamobile. Lycamobile is a cheap option for both permanant and temporary sim card in Germany. It works strictly using Prepaid - no contract. I've been using it as my secondary number since the first month I arrived in Germany and now it is my main phone number. Here is the reason why I find Lycamobile the best!:

Yeah. Its free. Although you still need to buy it with the price of 10 €, you will get a sim card with a 10 € prepaid! All you need to do before using the sim card is to activate it at their website.

There are multiple choice that suit your need. Either you just want a data package, or only for call and sms, you name it!

Cheap international Call
This sim card also suitable for those with severe homesickness. Hehehe. Just like me. In my case, the phone call to my home country Malaysia is very cheap. A successful phone connection charge only 15 cents and the call is charge at a rate of 1 cents/minute. So right now, whenever I'm bored while waiting for my next class, I'll just reach my phone and call my family. Sometimes, I've been talking for hours (my record was 2 hours straight), and when I check my balance, it seems like nothing change!
No Roaming Charge
Yup. No roaming charge. For selected package, you could use the same number at selected 17 countries with most of it located here in Europe, which means you could use one sim for your Europe's Tour!

Eid is a celebratory day for muslims. We muslims celebrates 2 Eids - Eid Al-Fitr is celebrated right after the month of Fasting while Eid Al-Adha is to celebrate the act of sacrifice done by Prophet Abraham a.s and his son Prophet Ismail a.s.
Ever wonder what muslims do on the first day of Eid? Well, everyone have their own cultural thingy, but overall, there are some thing that most of us do. Well, as Malaysian, there are a few common thing we do on Eid Al Fitr :
Act of Worship
It quite easy to earn reward for Hereafter in Islam - through declaring intention that every good deed we do is because of Allah Almighty. So when we take bath in the morning of the first day of Eid Al-Fitr, we intended the bath we took for Allah. My mom always reminded me every Eid morning about this. Then we wear our best clothes.

It is also advisable to eat breakfast before one head out for the Eid-Prayer. A Sermon is given before the the prayer, usually to remind us to be grateful for what we have.
Ask for Forgiveness
After Eid's Prayer, we head back home and gather in the living room. This is the time for us to ask for forgiveness with the Elders. It's not that we never admit our misdeed but here asking for Forgiveness is more of a cultural thing in Malaysia.
Gift to Children
A small amount of money as a gift will be prepared by adult in a cute envelope. Usually directly after the kids ask for their parent's forgivesness, they will receive of what we called Eid's money. This is usually the motivation for kids to try fasting during Ramadhan and then collect as many money as they can. Haish, kids these days~.
The Feast
The best time of the day - to eat. there are a huge selection of food to be eaten. Most of these food are cook only during Eid.
Visiting relatives and friends
The visit is to strengthen the ties between distance relative and the friendship with friends and family. We will visit each house, spend some time and catching up, eat their wonderful selection of Eid cookies
Our Eid Al-Fitr in Malaysia is celebrated at the home town or the village of our parent. This is where the whole families gather and celebrate Eid together each year. Not to forget, the Eid Photo Session with the whole family.

Ok, bukan nak cerita pasal rancangan Astro tu. Nak cerita pasal English aku.
Kelmarin aku ada tolong sorang budak USA ni di Pasaraya Rewe berdekatan rumah. Mula terdengar la yang dia bercakap dengan cashier dalam bahasa Inggeris. Aku punya otak mula la menggedik bajet2 Detective Conan
"Dia ni mesti baru sampai Jerman"
Nak jadi cerita, bila dia nak bayar barang2 rumah dia, kad debit and credit dia jammed. So aku offer la bayarkan dulu. Mula2 dia tolak tapi aku cakap kat dia yang dia beli barang penting untuk masak macam daging minyak bawang bagai, jadi kalau dia tak beli mesti dia tak makan malam ni. Dia pun terima la offer aku untuk bayarkan.
So aku borak la sikit2 dengan dia dalam bahasa Inggeris. Mula2 tu okay dan lancar je aku borak. Ntah kenapa bila aku jumpa dia esok masa dia nak bayar balik kat aku tu. bahasa Inggeris aku ke laut. Dah jadi rojak Jerman-Inggeris yang dah basi. Buruk bebenor bunyinya. Dah bila jadi macam ni, aku automatik jadi gagap. Contoh :

Jerman kau bukan bagus mana pun. Tengok2 English kau pun hancus.
Macam mana nak betulkan ni? Aku kat rumah layan lagu Inggeris kot, Tengok cerita pun The Big Bang Theory, Criminal Minds dan Supernatural. Cerita jepun pun dah kurang dah tengok.

Ok. Post ni untuk tak mengecewakan warga2 Netizen yang landing kat blog aku sebab google sukatan masak nasi dan cara masak nasi. Aku belajar masak nasi pun lambat juga. Umur 14 belajar masak nasi guna periuk nasi. Tu takde susah mana, masuk beras dengan sukatan air, tekan butang ON, biarkan nasi tu masak sendiri. Kalau tanak nasi atas dapur api/gas/induction, yang ni aku belajar masa umur 21. Yeah, lambat tu sebab aku bawa periuk nasi dari Malaysia mai Jerman. Takde nak bother masak nasi atas dapur.
Sukatan Air Masak Nasi
Dulu mak aku ajar guna sukatan kat periuk nasi, tapi aku lupa dah sebab family aku style suka nasi lembik sikit dan aku tak, Jadi sekarang aku sukat air guna jari telunjuk LOL, sekarang aku masak nasi ayah aku kata nasi aku keras, Tak de keras la abah.

Kalau nak masak nasi yang special2 guna beras basmati pulak, contoh la masak nasi lemak, nasi tomato atau nasi ayam, sukatan cecair untuk masak nasi tu lain pulak. Menurut kawanku Afiqah, sukatan nasi2 special ni adalah :
1 cawan Beras => 1,5 cawan cecair
cecair ni bergantung kepada nasi apa yang nak dimasak la. Kalau nasi lemak guna santan+air, kalau nasi tomato guna tomato puree pulak. Tapi kot malas sangat nak masak nasi tomato style Melayu boleh la tiru style senang teramat macam kat video ni :
Cara Tanak Nasi
Tak payah ajar kot cara masak nasi guna rice cooker. Senang sangat. Kalau tanak nasi atas stove camni pulak :
Basuh nasi 3 kali. Selawat sikit sambil2 tu.
Isi air masak ikut sukatan nasi
Mula2 masak nasi atas api Medium. Jangan tutup periuk tu. Biarkan sampai air mendidih.
Bila air dah kering, tukar api Low dan tutup periuk. Biarkan dalam 10 Minit.
Lepas 10 minit, tutup api dan hidang.

Step 3 : Air mula meruap
Step 4 : Air dah kering. Masa untuk tutup periuk
Harap2 yang landing kat post ni nanti, boleh masak nasi dengan cemerlangnya.
